Responsibility:
Ux Design:
- Receive requests from customers and superiors work with the product development team to plan the implementation. (Nhận yêu cầu từ khách hàng và cấp trên làm việc với nhóm phát triển sản phẩm để lên kế hoạch triển khai).
- Design research for markets, users, collect positive and negative feedback for analysis and detail and edit or develop better products. (Nghiên cứu thiết kế thị trường, người dùng, thu thập phản hồi tích cực và tiêu cực để phân tích, chi tiết và chỉnh sửa hoặc phát triển sản phẩm tốt hơn.)
- Ask questions to customers and users to understand the project's requirements through Investigating through Google's interview form or interviewing users directly. (Đặt câu hỏi cho khách hàng và người dùng để hiểu rõ các yêu cầu của dự án qua Điều tra thông qua biểu mẫu phỏng vấn của Google hoặc phỏng vấn trực tiếp người dung)
- Analyze survey results to provide customer portraits to analyze the direction of the product. (Phân tích kết quả khảo sát để đưa ra chân dung khách hàng để phân tích hướng đi cho sản phẩm.)
- Conduct coordination with BA teams to build SiteMap and user task flow, Then proceed to design User Journey scenarios to analyze and choose the best option. - Research on the packaging market in the food industry.
- Designing new product packaging, editing old product packaging designs.
- Coordinating QC consulting materials with printing techniques for each product package to ensure aesthetics and most cost savings.
- Research in depth on Gravure, Flexo, Process, Offset printing techniques to create beautiful packaging effects for companies and create color security techniques on printed packaging.
- Checking and comparing the number of colors are printed on each product with the supplier.
- Review information about the content, elements, nutrion fact number on the packaging before printing.
- Working with suppliers on new packaging and security techniques.
- Design Key Visual for advertising activities.
- Designing of POSM sales support tools: display shelf, window display, Mascot, store at supermarket, product introduction store, Top Board, Banner, Standee.
- Designing images (Social network Banner, animations, minigame, amination clips, edit video), support & design materials e-commerce channels ,online stores (Tiki, Lazada, Sendo, Shopee, Amazone, Alibaba, ...) and Digital (FB, InstaGram, Zalo, Linkedin, ...).
- Create concepts and shooting food/ meals for illustration photos on packaging. (Sometime)
